That is all very confusing.
1. Word lists the Recent Files, but if they are not there...they are not there. Word itself does not record anything other than those files. There is no "all". 2. "neither were the ones I recovered in Word" Recovered? Why recovered? 3. Did you do any saving to a USB drive?
