Hi,
We have form letters that are sent out from our dept. for code violations. Most of the letter is standard language, but we have a long list of violations and each letter may reference any number of them. I'd like to set it up so that we can just select the applicable citations via a checklist or pulldown etc and have the body of the letter only show those items. I'd also like the other parts of the letter to space accordingly so that we don't have large gaps for letters that only have a single citation. Is there a way to do this? Thanks Brian XP, Word 2007 |
