First line of doucment won't be printed

Hello
I have a really strange problem with word 2010
actually the first line of document won't be
printed out on paper but you can see it perfectly
in print preview ..
any idea or suggestion will be fine

Do you have a sample you could share so that we can see the problem?

I have already tested docx on the other computers and that's fine
it might be margin setting but everything seems ok
