Try using Find and Replace:
1) Find ^p^p - this is the symbol for a paragraph marker (^p) Replace ** Replace all 2) Find ^p Replace [SPACE] Replace all 3) Find ** Replace ^p^p Replace all If you record the steps by going to Tools > Macro > New, then you will have created your own Macro!
