You can adjust your TOC style so that all text will align. Simply right-click on the TOC style (i.e., TOC 1, TOC 2, etc.) then select "modify". At the "Format" drop-down menu (lower left-hand corner), select the "Tabs" option. Set your tab to the desired stop position (reviewing the alignment and leader options) and select OK.
