Well I just got finsihed doing lots of highlights in a 330 page doc and my boss decides he wants the highlights in a diffenrt color.
Is there a way to do this automatically- (change from blue to red highlights) without having to manually change several hundred highlights? Thanks Dave |

If there is only one highlight colour used throughout the document, you can make the change using Find/Replace. Simply change the highlight setting to the desired colour then use the Find/Replace options to set the 'Highlight' option for both the Find & Replace paramaters.

… but gently suggest to your boss that red highlights may well turn out grey (or even make the text underneath them illegible) if someone prints/photocopies the document in black and white <g>
