Mac OS x 10.6.8 - Word 14.1.4
Word has 12 standard colors to use when highlighting text. I want to use a user defined color like 10% gray. I've looked everywhere and can't find a way to do this. I'm new to ribbons and it may be there, but it's not obvious. |

Word does not have an option to use a highlight colour other than one of the 16 options provided by the dialog.
