Hi Jorgen
I have tested your template and it works fine for me. The only thing I can think of is have you protected your form before you saved it as a Template?

My colleague tested saving the file as template, create new document from template and filling out the form. Worked like a charm.

Apparently my Word-installation that isn't working as supposed.
