![]() I'm creating a check box questionaire and need to have a yes or no box checked. Is the a way or template available that will show me how to only allow one of the two boxes to be checked. If a box is checked and they change their mind and check the other box, the first box would revert to blank. Ian doing this in Word 2007 and using the form tools. |

Hi RetiredFD,
It can be done, but it requires a macro to implement (which a user might disable). See: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/172178 A simpler solution is to use a dropdown with Yes & No choices.
