Hi
In essence a Word Template IS a "style sheet". It contains all the styles and formatting that will be copied to all documents created from that template.
If you want particular documents to use the same formatting and styles from a Master Template then you need to store the Master Template in a location that all users have access to. Then all they need to do is:
  • Click on File then New then New from Existing
Then navigate to the folder that holds the Master template and click on the template name.
That was you only need to have one template for all users.
