Default I'm back.....

Am I able to bring the form back up again? I can't seem to do that. I want to be able to enter the information, print the page, re-open the form, clear the information and start all over. Sorry, I've kind of went all over to figure this out & just came back here.

Are you looking for it to print on close and then open a new form?
I'm a bit busy right now - but I could alter it to do that in the morning and post it then if you want?

Default Updated Version

Here you go happymouth,

An updated version - it now has an extra button on the form. Your options are now:
  1. OK - Enter the form data and close the form (allows you to manually edit the form before printing - just in case)
  2. Clear - clear the data from the form, but keep it open (In case of mistakes)
  3. New - enter the data from the form, print the document, clear the data from the letter and form (so you can do multiple letters in one sitting)
  4. Cancel - Closes the form and the document [NOTE: IT DOES NOT SAVE THE DOCUMENT, NOR ASK TO] (for when you have finished)
As before - open and then save as a Template (this puts it in your Templates folder)

If you look in the coding, I have annotated each section for you, so that you can decipher it easier. There are two sections of code - one in the form itself, the other in 'This Document' - look for both in the left-hand explorer window in the VBA Editor.

Hope this helps!
