Hi.
I am using Word 2007 at home, but save my template as 2000 compatible, as we have one old machine at work which I use too, and this still has Word 2000. I am trying to update my work template a little, and have a footer on every page, but the header just on the first page. the margin for the second page starts just below where the second page header *would* be. I obviously want my text to start at the top of the page. If I alter the margin "from this point onwards" it seems to upset my page/sections settings, and I end up with a first page header/section 2 on page 2, and the margins don't seem to work properly. Anyone fancy trying to tweak this for me? Although I have plenty of hair, I fear by the time I have completed this task, I will have either gone bald or torn it all out! Any advice, or offers to take a peek would be great! |
