Hi
If you want to insert paragraphs and maintain the numbering consider the following: 1. Is the inserted paragraph going to be the same style as the previous one that contains numbering? 2. If so then modify your style to say that the style for the following paragraph is the same. Then when place your cursor at the end of the last paragraph and you press carriage return you will get a new numbered paragraph based on the style of the previous paragraph and the numbering will be maintained. Hope this makes sense. Good luck. Tony |
