Try copying your template to his machine again and see if he still has the same problem.

Thank you! I actually did already try that and it didn't work, unfortunately. Our IT guy said he's going to run an Office tool that should pick up all patches in case he's missing any. Hopefully that will work! I'm at a loss... I appreciate your reply!
