Thanks again for the reply, Tony.
But as I was typing my manuscript a few minutes later, the view suddenly went back to the separate pages. HaHa! OTOH, I might have inadvertently clicked my mouse on the line but I'm not sure. But I'm sure I'm going to need help again because for some unknown reason, My MSWord seems to have a mind of its own! Cheers, __Jim
