Hi
Try this solution.
1. In your first table in the first row, manually set the tab with the leading dots.
2. Select the first row cell with the leader dots in and press Ctrl+C.
3. Highlight the remaining cells in the thrid column of your table and press Ctrl+V.
This will insert leader dots before each tab in each of the selected cells.
You will need to do this for each table.
