Not the least welcoming message I've received before, but sarcasm aside, I didnt say I needed IEEE, just that's what I currently have selected.

I would like to use all other elements from IEEE but in references have "surnames, firstnames". Is there a way to edit and insert the reference style so it does this automatically?
