Hi Paul
Thank you for that. Still not quite there; if I open my letterhead in Word, and do as you suggest, it seems to open a blank page as page 1 and the letterhead becomes page 2. Does the 'apply to' box have a bearing? I know I'm missing something; more help please. Thank you Denis
