I have to work with government pdf forms, some are "fill-in" forms and others are straight pdf forms. The customer/client data that goes into the form is pretty standard (name, address etc) plus a few things that are different for each form. There is nothing so complicated that would rule out using a mail merge database.
Can Word be used to automate pdf forms? Thanks |

Not directly? What is your pdf application? Adobe Acrobat?

We are using FileCenter, but we could switch to Adobe if needed.
Another thought, can you somehow use the pdf form to watermark a Word doc. If so, I could just create a word form with the fields inside the lines of the watermarked form. |
