These are primarily in .acl files, but formatted entries are stored in normal.dotm.

Hi Charles,

I should have mentioned that I have already transferred over their acl and normal.dotm from their old profiles. But it's still not picking up the entries that, as far as I was aware, are default for word anyway such as "teh" and "the".
