Why does Word lock up when copy & paste from internet site?
I've been on allrecipes.com trying to copy and paste into a receipe template (yes even with styles) but Word locks up when I get to the "directions" part. It also puts a real weird character style in my list of styles. Anybody know why this is? See that bizarre style word is calling itxtrst...?

Try pasting in smaller chunks. Consider pasting as plain text and doing the formatting yourself.
