Okay, so I have created a document with Plain text content controllers where my associates enter text and email it back.
I want the flexibility to print out the form if I need to. The problem is that when it is printed the cc boxes show "click to enter text." I have created a macro that will change the placeholder text to white before printing, then back to the original gray after printing. So I click macros, and run the macro to do that. My associates don't have this macro, so is there a way to some how embed the macro in the file so that no matter how it's printed, the macro will run? Thanks in Advanced Batteries |

Short answer is "No. It is not possible."
You can embed a macro in the document. You can have it intercept the print command, but the user has to enable the macro to start with. Why not just provide them with two versions of the form, one with the white text for printout, and the other to be used? |

I have two forms of the document currently. I was just wondering if there was a way around it.
Thanks for your time, Batteries |

you could have the users simply enter space characters into the CCs before printing - or supply them with a pre-filled copy.
