I believe that if you paste using text only as a paste option, you don't get this infection.

I assume you mean by using the Paste Options Box that appears after pasting? That’s good to know about – I've often copied & pasted via notepad to strip out previously applied formatting.
I know this is going off topic, but how does the Paste Options Box relate to the options available at office button > word options > advanced > cut, copy, and paste & are they the same as the home tab > paste button > 'paste special' choices? Thanks for your help |
