Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to force Word to either display the toolbar in full screen reading view? Alternatively, can Word be customized so that each click of the scrollwheel scrolls to the top of the next page (ie next page comes up in the exact same spot as the last page and partial pages are not displayed? Alternatively, is there a shortcut key that will focus the document to move the view so it starts at the top of the page (ie, only showing pages 3+4 side by side instead of the bottoms of pages 3+4 aobve pages 5+6). Thanks in advance. Cheers |

In Print Preview, you can see the Quick Access Toolbar, if that helps. You can edit text in Print Preview if you click to deselect the "Magnifier" box.

Awesome, your method works like a charm. You have my never-ending gratitude. Now I will have to find some other aspect to fuss about to keep me from getting things done. Thanks again.
