![]() Help! I am a very inexperienced "word" user .... and somehow, some way, I have eliminated the ability to access my "macros" using my keyboard. I can access my macros using my mouse and what a pain that is. Can anyone help me to know what I did, so I can undo it? |

If by "access" you mean trigger a macro with a keyboard shortcut, you can assign these by going to your Quick Action Toolbar. Click on the dropdown at the end and go to the last choice "More Commands."
This brings up a large dialog box. Click on the Customize button at the bottom. If by "access" you mean get a list of macros displayed, try Alt-F8. |

I have the same problem, except that macros in Word 2010 don't work at all. I'm a professor with lots of repetitive tasks and I've been using macros through every version of Word through 2007 with no problems. I upgraded a month ago, and keyboard access does not work. Button access doesn't work, and the dropdown macro list doesn't work no matter which way I get to it.
