If by "access" you mean trigger a macro with a keyboard shortcut, you can assign these by going to your Quick Action Toolbar. Click on the dropdown at the end and go to the last choice "More Commands."

This brings up a large dialog box. Click on the Customize button at the bottom.

If by "access" you mean get a list of macros displayed, try Alt-F8.
