Thank you for your response, but I did not understund.

My image is 116 x 1024, so it spam for all the page.
If I put it on the header, I will have the header spam for all the page

I need to put this image on the left, and for that I thought to column. But I don't need column. I need to put an image on the left side of the page. Is there a different solution?
