I don't understand "spam for all the page."

An image can be in a page or in a header. It can be set for text to wrap to the side. It is like having a different margin or indent except that it is really the edge of the image plus padding.

You may want to look at the Letterhead Textboxes and Styles Tutorial. A textbox acts like an image for these purposes. The idea is to have the text wrap to the right of the image, whether it is in the header or in the page.
