I don't understand "spam for all the page."

An image can be in a page or in a header. It can be set for text to wrap to the side. It is like having a different margin or indent except that it is really the edge of the image plus padding.

You may want to look at the Letterhead Textboxes and Styles Tutorial. A textbox acts like an image for these purposes. The idea is to have the text wrap to the right of the image, whether it is in the header or in the page.

Hi Charles,
thank you for your tip. This "could" be tha solution, but I still have a need:
Is it possible to tell to word (setting somethings) that this text box must appear in every page?

Assuming what you mean by text box is the holder for the image we were talking about,...

Put the text box in the header (not the first page header or in addition to in the first page header). Remember to format the text box to wrap text to the right.
