Hi Bertie,

You could use:
Find = <[A-Z][A-Za-z]{2,}>
With this construction, the '2' specifies the minumim number of letters after the initial capital letter. Do note that the '2' won't avoid 'Any' or 'The' - for that you'll need '3'.
