Hi Arbie,

Word doesn't have such an autoshape, but you can achieve much the same thing with the image in your post. See attached. I simply formatted the shape with the 'in front of text' attribute and set the white background to transparent. If you store such a shape in a document, it will be available in this format for any document you care to copy it to.
