We use a fairly standard "cloud" technique to highlight changes in our technical drawings. In Acrobat it is easy to create exactly the right thing; I have attached an example jpg here.

However, the closest thing I can get in Word is a starburst, which isn't what we want.

Does anyone know how to get an autoshape-like cloud in Word? We need it to be transparent and resizeable.
