Using arrow keys to move between pages

Hi All

I usually have word open in a multipage view (ie 2 pages side to side) but when I use the arrow keys to navigate (or page up and down) the document moves from page 1 to 3 not as one would expect to page 2. Can I stop this.
All help appreciated.
