I am assuming that you tried clicking on it.
Such changes are saved in the Normal template. If for some reason changes to that template are not saved, this would also not be saved. I don't think this would keep you from clicking on the radio button, though. Is your normal template by any chance read-only? I just tried in Word 2010 and had no trouble clicking the radio button even with a read-only normal template. |

Yes, I tried clicking but it's grayed out, no can do.
Holy cow, I'll bet it has something to do with the Normal template. I tried playing around with changing it awhile back. I'll look into that further, see if I can restore it.Thanks for the suggestion. Julie |

Did you select the 'result' in the Word document first? If you type the result, then go to auto-correct options, it will automatically take your selected text for the output field.
