And onther way is
Save your doc files as xml or rtf. Do this through Save As from MS Word and then select the appropriate file extension. (Do not just change the file extension in the explorer.) Then open the file through Notepad and you can search for your track change name and edit it as you wish. Then I believe you open the changed document through word and safe it as a doc again. |
