Word View Formatting
Follow this link:
http://mac2.microsoft.com/help/offic...3-c82f4914d7b1 Click: Change other default settings in the Normal template Find the file, go to view, change to print layout, save. Then you can zoom (bottom right of screen) for preference. That should do it!
