How can I set *.doc as default save format and NOT *.docx?
I am using Off2007.
By default I want to save all my docs as 2003 *.doc format and NOT the new *.docx format. How EXACTLY can I set it up? Peter

Hi Peter,
Click the Office button, then the Word Options button at the bottom of the menu, select Save on the left side, and set the "Save files in this format" dropdown to "Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc)".
