How to set Message Format default

In Outlook is there a way to set Message Format to use MS Word 2003 as the default to edit emails?

Everyday I have to go into Tools>Options>Mail Format>Message Format and check the box to use MS Word 2003 to edit email. Not a big deal, it's more of an annoyance.
