Hi All,
I am getting a document with too many unwanted styles. Please see the image attached. The formatting has gone haywire. I need to restore sanity in the doc and put it in a consistent template. It will take fixing the styles and be consistent with the styles. What could be the best way to go about? The document is long (200 pgs) and if I do it manually it will take a long time. Regards, Faith |

Hi Faith,
The existence of many Styles shouldn't be an issue. What might be an issue, though, is if the wrong Styles have been used. You can use Find/Replace to change specific/all instances of one Style with another.
