StrFileB does not resolve a valid filename. It should be
Code:
strFileB = "C:\Users\SR\OneDrive\Documents\FormProject2024\Fillable\From scratch\pdf\" & strFileA & ".pdf"
A web form would resolve most of your dilemmas, but whether it would be simpler I cannot say. I am not a web designer.

can you please show me the code you used when you substituted for your details (without your details obviously). Perhaps there's something I missed in my code?

Yes, a webform is far more likely to be accepted by your users.

All of the effort with Word macros is going to be a fail if your users don't 'trust' your document enough to allow macros to run. If you have a captive audience who have reason to trust your code you are in with a chance of them enabling your code but if you don't know whether they have Outlook then I would say they a pretty solid reason for keeping your code disabled.
