When do you run the macro? I would have thought that the form field brackets would be removed from the 'populated' version of the document. Do the brackets (in form fields) remain in the document after the form fields have been populated?

Hi Andrew, yes the square bracket fields remain in the document for some time after I have housestyled/formatted the document - I am basically step 1 of a long process before the document is finalised with the client.
