![]() Hi I'm using Word 2002 and when I modify paragraph style P1 to add a border to the top and bottom, this only shows as a border on the top of the first and bottom of the last paragraph of that type, when I have a bunch of P1-style paragraphs in sequence. I want the border on all paragraphs of style P1, regardless of whether or not it is preceded by or followed by a paragraph of the same style. Is this not possible? Regards, Strathglass. |

In your document, select at least two consecutive paragraphs using the style in question. Then, in the Modify Style dialog box, click Format, and then click Border. Now you can click the Preview picture to select the "in-between" border as well. When you are done, click OK.
