You have identified the problem with this type of issue. You would have to tell any macro what you want to change. There are word lists available on line e.g. https://www.cdnjustlearn.com/public/...s-American.pdf which you could probably use to extract the changes you want to make. The more words you choose to process, the slower that process will be.
