So, I deleted the table included in the template and let the macro create template and I have been able to replicate the correct size and placement. The next problem I face is having my mail merge text carry over to the caption part of the photos. Is this possible? |

It really would have helped had you told us the problem concerns a mailmerge. Presumably, your mailmerge data source includes both the captions and the image names. In that case, done properly you may not even need a macro - it can probably all be handled by the mailmerge itself.
