Without wanting to place too fine a point on it, that's not the kind of example you gave in post #1. Using "Ctrl-Shift-RightArrow multiple times" is NOT "effectively the same as using del key multiple times".
Why are you persisting with this when I already gave you a solution in posts #2 & #4?
