Hi,
I need to do a few things. First, I need extract data from around 6-7 other word documents and automatically have the data entered in specific areas of a table in a single "master document". The second thing is that this is updated on a weekly basis, and records are kept in another table in the master document of all the previous information. Therefore, it would be great if I could automate the process so that all the old data is automatically shifted from the "current" table to the "previous" table. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

If you bookmark the tables in each of the source documents, you could use INCLUDETEXT fields in the destination document referencing the bookmarks in the source documents. That way, the destination document can auto-update to reflect the changes in the source document without the need for any code. See:
