The current page has no colored background as set up in Word. The reason I need it to change it to white is that we use text boxes with white text in them as reminders ("Remember to include Certs of Insurance," etc.), and white shading over text to call out client names (helps us to notice them when they need to be changed). In Windows we have set the Window color to a pastel shade under "Window Color and Appearance" so we can see the white text.
If I don't change the background to white text sometimes you get a ghost image of the white text when it's printed, etc. It would be very helpful and time saving if I could hit one button (and providing the document was already saved to the computer), it could change the background to white and pdf the document. pjm |
