In that case, you might do better to apply a unique Style name to the textbox content, formatted for the white text, then simply change the Style's font attribute to hidden for printing purposes. Indeed, you could even keep the content formatted as hidden on a permanent basis. Then, provided you have Word configured to display, but not print, hidden text, the problem is solved without the need for a macro.
