I was working and creating procedures in the Normal.dotm folder, created several modules and code in each. After a reboot last night, this morning i have an empty Normal.dotm folder, meaning no modules, no class folders, and no code that i created yesterday..
i didnt change locations, or name of the standard templates, or moved or saved the normal.dotm anyway in particular. I just opened and closed word normally. Does the normal.dotm behave in any particular way I should be aware of? thanks for any ideas |

Word 2007 & later use a template named Normal.dotm. If you have Word configured to prompt before updating the Normal template, then answer 'no' to the prompt, your changes will be lost.
