Dear all,
My company has been involved in some trainings. We need to give each trainee a customised certificate. I know the basics of a mail merge so including each person's first name/name/training dates etc. is completely OK. However, I also have to include a scan of each trainer's signature. I know how to mail merge pictures: Alt F9 Ctrl ++ F9 INCLUDEPICTURE "" \*MERGEFORMAT\d Insert my merge field between the "" Alt F9 Finish mail merge by editing individual files Ctrl A and F9 so all signatures appear This works perfectly fine. However, my sample certificate is carefully formatted (it's a Word Table) and I don't want each signature to impact the certificate's structure. So I'd like all signatures to float over text. Problem: - I cannot format the Signature mail merge field as it is NOT a picture - I understand there is no way to select all pictures at once - which would allow me to select Float Over Text only once. So I guess I need to use a macro. But I know very, very little about macros Can someone help please?Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks |
